Not that long ago, I needed a tutor myself as I worked on getting ready for the math section of the SAT. I exceeded my goal score on that crucial exam, and as a result, I'm a firm believer in the power of having the right tutor at the right time. I'd like to pass along the boosted confidence and elevated knowledge that I received to my own pupils. I look forward to practicing my own communication skills and gaining valuable experience with helping others.As a tutor, I can offer my students assistance in a variety of subjects, including elementary school math, middle school math, writing, grammar and mechanics, essay editing, pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, pre-calculus, trigonometry, accounting, psychology, Spanish, English, social studies, business, macroeconomics, statistics, general SAT preparation, competition math, and SAT subject tests in mathematics and Spanish.Currently, I'm majoring in psychology and business at the University of Texas at Austin, and I plan to attend dental school after graduation. In my free time outside of the classroom, I enjoy playing tennis, table tennis, ultimate Frisbee, woodworking, listening to trance music, and watching Game of Thrones.
