Experience
I have tutored math and other subjects to elementary age students and those in high school. From basic elementary and middle school arithmetic to algebra, geometry, pre-calculus, AP calculus and statistics, multivariable calculus, and differential equations, I am a highly effective tutor. I can also teach math for students preparing for the SAT. When tutoring, I'm open to any questions and love to provide answers to help students with what they need. I've taught in person and online. I also once tutored students at a nearby junior high and worked with students outside Texas, using an online tutoring system.Currently, I study at the University of Texas at Austin. I'm a second-year electrical and computer engineering major. An alumnus of the national math honor society, Mu Alpha Theta, I remained an active member of the society all through high school. I had the opportunity to compete and various math contests and competitions, and even placed well in local and national positions. This experience helped express and share my passion for various mathematical concepts, and build my confidence as well.When not tutoring or indulging in math to satisfy my cravings, I take time to enjoy programming, play the cello, and eat.
