Education

B.S., Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology with Highest Honors from Emory University. Graduated May 2020. Currently applying to medical school. Due to the situation right now, to protect you and your child as well as myself, I will only be holding online tutoring sessions.

Experience

At Emory, I have tutored university students in biology as a Teaching Assistant and even worked a summer at Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth with high schoolers. I am passionate about the field of biology as well as productivity tips and ways to "hack" your brain to do more work with less time. I hope pass on my knowledge and help you discover your potential. SAT: 2140 on 2400 scale. AP: Too many to list but 5 on Biology. Courses: Cell Biology and Genetics, Advanced Topics in Molecular Biology and Genetics, Biochemistry, Anatomy and Physiology, Neurobiology, Behavioral Biology, Advanced Methods in Neuroscience (graduate coursework), Biology of the Eye (graduate coursework). I want to be a tutor because I know how hard it is to study, understand college and graduate admissions, have specific goals in mind but no resource to help you achieve them, and to be “successful” in general. I want to help with that, from everything that I’ve learned during my struggles and triumphs. From graduating top 30% of my high school class to graduating with honors from a top-20 school at Emory and trying to navigate the premedical landscape, I have so much advice on not only how to study but also for career.

Hobbies

I love sports and have have played varsity football and ran track in high school as well as played D-1 Ultimate Frisbee in college. My favorite sport is basketball, but I love all sports. I played cello and made state for solo and ensemble back in high school, as well as making some YouTube videos and playing video games such as call of duty on the side. I’ve actually made a discord community of over 900 gamers and my call of duty clan is ranked #30 on the leaderboards so that’s a fun fact! Connecting with people is one of my passions, leading to me being involved with over 10 organizations in my time at Emory. I like to dabble in many circles and feel that it really helps in connecting with people and also an easy way to establish trains of thought when learning and teaching.
