My tutoring style includes encouraging my pupils to work through as many questions as possible and then come to me with the questions that they need help with. I have my degrees in mathematics and physics from the University of Houston Clear Lake. While studying, I tutored one-on-one privately, as well as for public schools, colleges, and tutoring companies. I have been doing so since I was in high school. I do most of my work with high school and college students, however, I have worked some with middle school students as well. My favorite subject to tutor in is physics, I was a physics major before a mathematics one. I strongly believe that the only way to increase your understanding of physics or math is with lots of practice problems. I am looking forward to helping your student tackle the concepts that they find the most difficult. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and playing chess.
